Cure the virus, first & foremost !!!

.... PB is unlikely to have any viruses within it, so it's either a virus that you've picked up from somewhere else & it's affected your anti-virus program, or your anti-virus program is misreading the PB site cookie as malware (or a combination of both).

I'm currently using the free version of Avast! as my anti-virus, backed up by the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Viruses, trojans, and highjacker programs have "tried" to attack my system .... and failed. Photobucket access is not a problem. Hope you get your system clean, so you can post your photos.

Microsoft's latest security update was infected!!!! It gives computers the Security Center 2010 virus which has been around for years. It will pop up windows showing a scan going on and telling you to register it. DON"T!!!! You cant do anything with your antivirus or malwarebytes. You have to download a free program from MS Malicious Software Removal tool. That takes care of it and you're back to normal.

I've had problems a couple times with PB and my AV... I think it's their new pop up advertising. I just exit and go back after a minute or 2 and it's ok.
