    I bake it but dunno about the clear coat. Never done it.

    I have used a clearcoat (Hard as nails) but not sure it is needed as the finish on my glow paint seems to be slicker and tougher than the regular powder paint. I have not noticed a change in the 'glow" with or without a clearcoat. Just my experience and still learning.
