we use a culmination of green with a lighter green for tail we also use a combination of brown and red and yellow seems to work very well here but most of the time the green colors do the best. Of course that's on the West Coast and we are fishing the snake River I think it depends on where you're fishing to find the right color combinations they vary from water to water here in our state. The combination that has really worked good for me over the years has been a yellow body white marabou tail and a piece of red behind ahead of the jigs that has caught tons of fish for me. Of course my favorite colors are grays and browns we do use a combination of yellow and brown it works good gray and white also good also gray and green of course that sounds a little off but it works well. I think any combination that you find the fish to strike is what you are going to stick with in that body of water. We do know one thing from daylight to dark your color combinations will vary due to sunlight and of course water if it is dark or clear.
