Got my new vice in today. I got a peak vice and it's night and day from the gander mountain starter kit vice lol. Very easy to operate and operates extremely smooth. I got to playing around with some of the material I have (which isn't much at the moment). With what I have I'm having trouble color coordinating things lol (overwhelmed??? Who knows LoL). Just looking for tips to improve. Keep in mind I've tied maybe 10 jigs in a lifetime at this point less than 15 for sure. So here's a few pictures. I would like ideas how to place Krystal flash instead of directly in the middle of the back. Also I've noticed my tails turn slightly even after making 3 loose loops before cinching it down to crank on it and it's still turning slightly. Any ideas? Also a new pair of scissors I need is a must something to get closer to the hook shank when cutting thread and material of such. Anyhow I know they are not great but I can slowly see improvement. Let me know what you think!
