    Sloedown- that'll definitely catch em- the hackle feather tail will look alive and the colors scream baitfish

    If you don't catch them on that . MOVE there ain't no crappies there.

    I would have the utmost confidence in that jig.

    It is a a color i made. Very hard to make. 1 part black and 1 part white. SHAKIN NOT STIRRED (FOR REAL)

    Don't put the rod down. I tied one very similar a few months back, but used maribou and had to dig it out of the far reaches of their throats (if Crappie have throats) to get it back. Waaaaaaaay deep. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised and might have found one of your "go to" baits. Nice work.
