I guess I am gonna have to do this myself with some of my white ones. Need to tie up some hair jigs in pink and orange and all I have is a dark reddish orange.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

Snake,I just glad that all questions are answered.
The longer you leave the tails in the koolaid water the darker they git,,to a point, then it dont matter. Also the directions read to use 2 pots.I just used 1 and drained the tails in the sink while the water heated up for the koolaid and vineger.

Can you change a darker color to a lighter color using Koolaid?

    Default How to get Gray

    Hi Mike.

Thanks for this. Been doing the same for a few nows with polar bear hair and it is phenomenal the way it takes the colour.

My only problem ... I haven't been able to find a way to mix the koolaid to get a gray. Have you found a way or a blend of Koolaid to get it?

    Cheers
