Here is a interesting idea I found looking for some fly patterns. Got the link to the site from FAOL.

Look at the "Bug Eyed Jig" in episode #403. I definitley see an application for crappie, maybe using something different than the poly yarn. The chenille head would give it a softer head than the traditional leadhead. I'm not sure about whip finishing chenille, would think you would need to use ultra size. I am gonna get me some of those 60 deg. bend hooks and barbells and give it a shot.

Great site!!!!!!! Been using it for a long time. Only bad thing right now is you can't download them only watch them. Gotta try and boot the old half broke laptop and email them to my new laptop.
