    why would anyone think you can get too much or not enough chenille on a jig . any tube, hair or whatever we tie doesn't look
    like anything a crappie is used to eating anyway so how could there be a "standard" somewhere?
    you tiem' the way you likem', fat ,skinny, short, long and a crappie will eatem'.

    Great looking jigs. Haven’t had a chance to tie up the iridescent stuff yet – fishing won’t slow down..

    Think the concern with too much chenille is reducing the hook gap (area between the hook point and the hook shank).
