The picture quality is top notch pal. You might want to put something in the background like a posterboard. Soft blue gives good contrast, but actually what ye hae there looks good too...

Quality is very good! I actually do like to use wood or concrete for a background. We haven't seen much of the sun here in OH for the past 4 days so can't always plan on using natural sunlight.

FF... I know red/white tubes are pretty popular. I use red as more of an accent in the tail with just a small piece.

Looks like a nice jig! What's goin' on w/ the top right corner of the hair? There's a little blur to it. Not sure if, w/ the shutter open for longer, you got a little air movement when taking the pic.

Nice jig and photo. I think a little faster shutter speed would nail it!

Not bad at all pictures wise at all.

As for color combination, lots of uses for that here, especially for ocean species but I do think that trout, crappie and gills would hit here for sure. Darker reds and blacks work well here for them. Better than bright colors really except white anyway.

I like darker colored ones myself, they always have worked better here for some reason for all species, again, except for white.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.
