TNT offers powder paint as well if you need to get the heads painted.If you tie flies for trout you'll have no problems tying crappie jigs.Going from a #16 to a #6 or larger is very different,everything is bigger..I'd tie some of your favorite trout patterns on a jig and see what they look like.
