That duck head jig could work great around here for hot water trout and bass looking for something stirring up the bottom. Should be an awesome one for marine and salt water too. Could be a great one for bottom bouncing a leech pattern also.
Have seen something similar before but don't remember it. Will have to see if I can find it again.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

FF" you mentioned these jigs were being judged on fish ability".Did you give the the judges our information on "how we tied it and what we tied it with"?or is it based on looks???still confused about that man"are the judges or one of them gonna tell us who placed 1 thru 5 or will they tell you to tell us"???
