You got whatever I need? Okay then, send me something that I can use to control the weather here in Nashville. We have returned to the annual tradition of 55 - 65 degree temps Monday through Thursday night with arctic cold fronts pushing through by lunch time Friday. These are brought in by rain and 25 mph winds that last the rest of the weekend. We're supposed to get snow this evening. What the heck? It's almost March and we talkin about snow? I'm not trying to be a smart ***, I'm just in a nasty mood cause of this weather.
Allright, back on track - I know that chenille looks like it's got some blue in it in the picture, but that's just from the flash on my camera. That stuff in real life is straight purple. I get all my jig tyin stuff from the Bass Pro Shops, so you can order the purple chenille I used in the Rude Boys from their website.
Here's a link:
Chenille Tying Material
Go to that link and click on "Select Items" and it will bring up an ordering screen. You want to order the medium chenille, color code 99 - Purple. It is at the very bottom of the page.
I'll be honest though and tell you that you might find a higher quality chenille from Barlow's Tackle. Here's a link to the Regular Chenille section at Barlow's. FISHING TACKLE for bass fishing, crappie, walleye, trout.Fishing lures, fishing hooks, lead molds. BARLOWS FISHING TACKLE.
Purple chenille on Barlow's is number 034. I have never ordered anything from Barlow's, but I've heard they carry good materials. Bass Pro is known for carrying cheap, Chinese stuff.
Allright bud, I hope this helps. If you have any trouble finding it lemme know and we can talk about trading something (women, horses, jigs, whatever)...or I might just mail you a couple cards of it if you catch me on a day that I see that we gonna have some nice weather for once on the weekend here in Nashville :D.
