I agree i think this forum is very impressive. it has taught me a lot and brought me to a level i probably wouldn't have of made it to as quickly. We have a lot of great members that are willing to stick a hand out and help each other. this is what makes such a great group of people. thanks to every one who has helped me and i have enjoyed this and plan to continue enjoying this experience.

I say we do another swap right after the holidays it may be hard for some to do a swap before the holidays but i am ready for another one i want to tie some more jigs for the group.

Well, I am next on the swapmiester list, but I was thinking of doing it after Christmas, much like SLJ suggests in his post. Things are going to get a bit busy between now and then (Christmas/New Years), so it seems the logical thing to do....

But, that doesn't stop any one from starting to think about what to tie and getting started - I am in that process now....

Mine have been in the mail for 4 days, should be there soon. And I was not competing for the last one to be received. Might be a tie though.

Those look good. Are those called "sickle hooks" in the first one? If so, where do you all get yours? Haven't seen those at BPS.

yup... those are sickle hooks and there are several here at CC that can get you hooked up (pun intended?! hmmm)

i like 'em a lot and so do the crappie that have decided to take the grand tour of my livewell!!
