would be swapmeister or swapper ( whatever is needed ) I mainly tie crappie jigs in the 1/16 and 1/8 range but can adjust to swap rules.

So far I have found another 50-60 that have tied before or didn't make a swap. Figure another 20 or so and we have the potential for 20-100 tiers wanting to tie at any given time.

I don't see there being a need to have more than 3 in the works to accomodate everyone who wants to tie at any given time. There may come a time when we need more but I could not find a swap thread that had more than 35-40 people wanting to tie in it.

Still hoping to get a more complete list of everyone who might ever want to tie.
