Thread: Roberts Creek - 5/5/12

Went out to Roberts Creek on Saturday afternoon with a friend. Got out there around 3:00 and it took a little while to find the fish. Once we located some out from the old beach we were able to catch them at a fairly regular rate. We had 39 keepers (10-12 inchers) by the end of the day. Probably tossed back about that many smaller ones. Had a mix of black crappie, white crappie and white bass. Also caught 1 little stripper. Most were caught with Bobby Garland baby shad.

Gotta love those strippers! Sounds like a good day on the water...congrats!
