Hi Smitty,
not much going on up here. Hit the crappie pretty hard fow a while, the bite has got pretty hard to find right now. Big gills were hitting till about a week ago. 9" was pretty common. Went out this morning, a few small gills, tried for crappie, got a few smalls, then went after white bass, caught a few of them. How's it going down south?

For my b day trip we going to mark twain on Sunday for a week hope they r hot !!!

I hope they are hitting for you. I've started catching a few, deep in the brush piles. The extra bonus is white bass. I've been catching quite a few of them in the piles too. They are a blast to catch on UL crappie rigs, and wife and I both like to eat them, maybe even better than crappie (did I say that?).

Hey Smitty, not doing much fishing the last couple of weeks. Went out once to Big Creek (3 miles away), the water had really got ugly and green. Went to Saylorville (about 5 miles) Friday, going after white bass, but a front came through and the bite went south.

How are you doing? Catching anything? Keeping out of trouble?
