I guess you've heard the saying, "every time a woman cries the White River over flows" haven't you??

So far, in Goshen, we've had just enough to settle the dust.

I’m now at 4.8” for the past 5 days. Brazil had 6” for past 48 hrs not counting other days. The Cat, Coon, Monroe And Patoka are shooting up fast. We get a reprieve of no rain today but strong storm front again tomorrow most of the day. Last April we had these high water levels screwing the fishing up. Tons of counties with schools closed due to roads flooded. Maybe we get high water flood levels overwith early this year. Temp today 77…about 30 degrees above normal.

I heard that years ago, I have family there that we visited often. My Mom grew up in the Switz City area.

We had 4.75 inches so far, Raccoon went up 7 ft in 2 days as of yesterday when I checked. Probably higher now. Had a big muddy streak going down main part of lake by dam, idle zone side was chocolate brown. Hopefully it will rain enough to fill it up then quit for a good while.

just checked up another 5ft since yesterday, now up 12ft in less then a week. Its now 10ft from summer pool.

Yeah probably be another crappy spring, spawn will probably suck again. Was looking forward to getting out a little early this year but looks like mother nature is going to say a big NO.

Raccoon is now 7ft from summer pool, we only got a half in of rain here last night but up north I believe they got a lot more so it will probably rise a lot more in next few days.
