Hit goose creek first and struck out there too. But i did see a boat catching some rightbup on the bank by the brush. They were using minnows though and i was using jigs. Left there and tried off the rocks on the dam. Water up there was complete chocolate milk but caught 5 crappie and 3 largemouth. As soon as it clears it should be fire.
Ya, I didn't have much luck up river either. Plan on hitting the main lake after this weeks rain. Looks like an inch to a inch and a half total by Friday. Not going to help the water conditions. Water temps are perfect.
