Monroe, Cat, and Coon, can’t discharge due to high rivers. We are flooded on East Fork of White River. Flood stage at Williams is 8’. River is predicted at 13.5’ as well as 26.3’ at Bedford. This rain will prolong the rivers dropping enough to discharge. More rain forcast for next week also. Cat and Coon feeds West Fork of White and it’s flooded as well.
