Congratulations on your retirement.
I am 66 and retired a little over 7 years ago after 32 years 5 months on local Sheriffs Dept.
I’ll have to say it was right on time. Great career and pension.
If you are healthy take advantage of that every day.
If you have a recliner take it to the street for garbage pick up.
Put your watch in a drawer.
Try to get involved in something.
Call old friends and reconnect.
Not to dangerous of a hobby. Bones take longer to heal at our age.
Wife convinced me to sell my paraglider and quit skydiving although both are safer than driving to the grocery.
Garage full of Harley Davidson’s that I’m keeping for the grandson.

I know, buy a boat and start fishing!!

Congratulations again, have fun, laugh, enjoy the life you have left.
You deserve it.
Chuck.
