Thread: Cataract Recently

I don't post very often, but thought I'd share. Took my son and met my brother at Cataract recently. Two weeks ago actually; I guess I'm a little behind posting. It had rained a lot the day before, so the falls and the area around Cunot ramp were muddy and full of debris. We fished from shore and caught a few dinks around Cunot. We moved to the dam where the water was clear and really started catchin' 'em. Well, the boy and I did; my brother left just before we found 'em. Anyway, the boy caught the biggest at 13 inches. We caught several 9-10 inchers and kept the 13 and four more tens. It was a great time once we got into the fish.

All caught on minnows 2 to 2 1/2 ft under a bobber. Bight was tentative. The fish at the dam were all within 15 ft of shore.
