Really, there is no way to stop development on that side of the lake. And if he has 250 acres and has been building road systems on it, he has a investment and looks to me, he will develop it all. It’s kind of a shame, when the COE built these lakes with tax payers money, that they didn’t set aside the land for the tax payer to use and not the private developers. It is what it is and the locals can complain all they want, but seriously, it’s a no win situation for them in the long run.
