Yesterday morning ran to town ahead of storm to get a few groceries. Noticed the stock ponds, small bodies of water with ice already on them from cold nite temps as we are still 20 degrees below normal, last nite ice on everything, no snow, lost power and had to turn the generator on at 1 am, power finally restored at 6:30 and lite snow falling but not much accumulation from this early winter storm. This will nock heck out of lake temps for sure. Been keeping a eye in deer and trail cams as they are a little screwed up in their patterns as I blame that on weather as gun season starts Sat. What a year on funky weather! Stay safe in the early cold!
