I would think you would be able to see at racoon looks like they drop around 20 ft I asked the DNR property manager at Salamonie res about putting attractors in or brush piles told me not allowed and could be arrested if caught putting in and have they have no plans of doing anything but i know guys sneak some in during winter drawdown
