So today after working in the garden and yard etc we all decide to come in and eat a lil and cool down. My 2 year old daughter looks at me and says "dada we go fishing". Well baby girl I hadn't planned on it today but we absolutely can. So we decided to go buy her her first pole instead of just using an extra. We get to Wally world and the fishing aisle and she sees one with one of her favorite Disney princesses and Yanks with all her lil might. Tears the cardboard off the hook. She got that one. Lol. Called a buddy who's family has a gorgeous private pond. They are there already with their 2 year old. So we head out. The trip was all about the wives(his girlfriend) and kids. Neither me or him even ran our own pole. We set everyone up with crawlers under a float at about 30 in depth. Light wind, not awful tho. Anyways...brought 20 brim home for a fry tonite but neither kiddo is still awake at this moment so they're in the freezer. Prolly 10 more were released. Awesome trip.
