You add them up for the year’s total. What DNR does is scatter the stockings throughout the state as the fish are released making sure they get fish stocked at diff. times for them to survive alittle better vs. dumping them all at once. They also release in diff. parts of the lake to spread the release out as well.

I imagine not many especially at a size of 0.20 inches of which means dnr doesn’t have the means to raise that many after they hatch or feed them either to grow. Fish bait!
