Ive fished winona quite a bit and kept quite a few eyes out of there. I know they had that spill a few years back, cant remember what it was for sure but I don't think it was anything to be concerned about. In I don't think the run off was all that great, it was just an abundance of caution. Who knows i'm relying mostly on memory and that isn't always the greatest anymore, I should probably look it up again. Anyhow i've ate a lot of fish from there.
