Hang tight for a few days or a week. I think we are right at the end of the "Dog days of summer". I fished central Indiana all last week and found 70+ degree water in all 4 different lakes. All lakes we fished, showed a thermocline still in place and very few schools of crappie getting organized. This water will start to cool and the fish will begin to bunch up and begin to feed better in the more normal spots.
