Some of the lakes have no wake zones, and many lakes in the north part of the state have a 10mph speed limit. Most will be marked. Some of the state run lakes, like shock lake, are electric motor only. Some like beaver dam have unlimited speed during part of the day, and the rest it is 10mph.

Also there is a night time speed limit on all lakes in all areas.
