Berkley Nanofil
Hi guys, It's been awhile since I've posted but I'm still fishing. I'm sure many of you have noticed the cotton wood trees are releasing their blooms. I picked up some Berkley Nanofil to see if it's everything as advertised. It's better than I expected but the thing that really amazed me was the cotton wood blooms didn't stick to it. I fished all day and never once did I have to clear my line. My other lines were a mess. If your tired of cotton wood bloom messing up your cast, clogging you eyelets and truly do want to cast further, give this stuff a try. I did put KVD line conditioner on as I spooled it but I don't think that contributed to the cotton wood not sticking.
Oh yeah, the crappie were biting good at Missy today. Casting 1/8 road runners in 10 FOW mid cove. Using southern pro hot grubs KY Killer and White Lightening were best colors. I kept a few 10"er to eat and let the larger ones go. Had one that was 15-1/2 on the bump board.
