    Default 5th tourney for Cataract


    The Cataract Slab Masters have now had their 5th tourney entered into the record books. On the 22nd of May nine boats and 21 entrants met at the Cat at 7:00am to start the 5th club tourney. Everything was going great for yours turely, until the weigh-in. My partner and I didn't have enough weight to make a difference. All we got was club points. The winning team had 7 fish for a total of 4.92 lbs. Second place went to to fellers that were trolling crk-baits and jigs. They had 4.89 lbs. Big Crappie went to F. Riffle with a nice 1 lb 2 oz. Our next tourney will be May 29 sign up starting at 6:45 am. This is a wild card tourney no club points will be awarded. This is just for fun. All info can be found at cataractslabmasters.com All are welcome to attend. Tourney hours are from 7:30am to 1:30pm Up to 3 in a boat all Indiana rules apply. Hope to see you there.

    Nice report. I really like hearing about the team long lining and using cranks also. You guys on the Cat are doing awesome....going to have to visit one of my fav. lakes sometime.
