    Yes, was fishing from shore in the open water near the edge of the ice. Tried it yesterday with the ice totally gone and bite was not as good as it had been. Mississinewa is located east of Peru Indiana.

    thanks,was thinking of trying those lakes but with the cold fronts comming might wait till next week. Can u say where shore fishing is open to the public? Thanks again Dave.
