    Been having a bad year along the Kankakee myself, although I've caught more quality bass and pike than in previous years, the crappie and gill fishing has been way off...of course, the Summer drought didn't help much either...but it's still good just to get out and enjoy nature's finest.
    Roaming the banks of the Kankakee River and anywhere else fish might lurk.
