The powerplant was running during the extreme cold snap, but wasn’t running yesterday. There’s clear water on the east arm, the hot water ditch and against the dam, but I don‘t know about the west arm. The crappie bite was slow but steady for me. The water temp was 45.8 just south of the east boat ramp.
