Yep, I've fished Coffeen a lot for bass and crappie but haven't been for quite a while. With the last few mild winters and no ice, I stay at Shelbyville and Decatur with 5-10 trips to sangchris with a buddy in February mainly for something different.Quote:

My ice gear has been on a shelf in the garage for three years or so. Heck, I have an ice auger that is brand new and never been used, should be about 5 years old now. I bet I have about an inch of sawdust on top of everything in the ice sled. I need to pull it down this weekend, re-spool the reels, clean everything up, and get it ready. We should have plenty of ice this week?
How thick was the ice in Plainfield?
Is shelbyville still open?
Bo woods is iced up as far as you can see towards coalshaft. I don't know about the south end.
