Im going to try and come friday, but if not at least saturday do to work, but if possible would love to spend day on lake with members than have some good eatin in evening. On that note thinking of making pulled pork again?

Are you two sharing sleeping bags also.?
Looks like a good time and will try to come join you guys from STL. looks like a fun group.
Please try and make it, it is a great time. Just don't burn all of clfarms wood
Just so everyone knows, the comments about my wood and my cart hits a raw nerve with me. I have listened to it for the last couple of years and frankly I am kind of tired of it, I have given subtle hints in the past but that hasn't seemed to work so it is time to be more direct. I would appreciate if they would stop, and if they don't someone else can take care of organizing camp with Bowhunter and find a place to host it at. Sorry for the rant, but to anyone that hasn't done anything like this it is time consuming setting things up, getting prizes, and everything else involved and then come on here and see the posts just doesn't go over with me.
C,mon steve toad is just trying to aggrevate you. Don't let him get to ya. I still love ya.
Steve, you are doing a hell of a job and most of us appreciate it!!
THANK YOU!
Cheer up Steve, we all still love you and we do appreciate all the hard work you put in. I know it ain't easy. That's why I don't do it. Well, I guess I do do it down here in Florida for an event on my home lake, Lake Griffin. But I hear all the horror stories trying to get these events organised, so we keep it real simple. We do no prizes, other than what I might bring. And I do store bought food. Sammiches. The KISS principal, allows everyone to have fun even those organizing the event. Just my two cents. Have a beer Steve.
Thanks slab
Slab,
You gonna make it up this year?
Wilbur, I was saving the extra spot in the bag for you good buddy! :biggrin
Steve, It is hard work and I can't speak for others, however I appreciate all your efforts. I was trying to get Friday moved from your place to give you and the misses a break. Hosting is never easy. We do appreciate it.
9th Street is reserved for camp
Found out I have to go to a conference that weekend so I won't make it. Hate when work gets in the way!!!
