    Default Rend lake


    first time to rend lake wondering if there is a lot of stumps or other obstructions to be aware of was thinking about gun creek or Casey creek didn't no if there where boat lanes or channel markers Thanks for any help

    North end has LOTS of stumps and most all of them are just under the surface. Gun creek is clear until you go under the hwy 37 bridge. No markers on any of them.

    If you think Rend isn't dangerous just ask my Sheriff who is out trying to rescue people stranded at the north end of the lake in this bad storm we are having. And to answer your question this is the bad stumpy end. I would bet they had no clue where they were.
