Had an extra couple hours this afternoon. Got a couple decent fish. Best 7 fish ended up going a little over 6 pounds. Still had fun though!

Thanks Wilbur. I told him I'd take him once the water temp drops down. I'll show him a few spots that hold good crappie but I might not make it to the sweet spots LOL. Besides those cranks won't pull through these backwaters!

wow real nice, those fish have great colors. I've always wanted to fish the sippi backwaters and oxbows for crappies and catfish. A buddy of mine from southern Illinois fishes em regularly for bass. Adding it to my formal bucket list. Great pics/post.
