    Heading to Rend this weekend! First time going after crappie in the summer and am looking forward to it. You have more luck north or south of 154?

    I fish both north and south of 154 doesn't seem to matter just hit the right set at the right time.

    Went to Rend on Saturday and struggled to find any good keepers. Caught around 10 but were pretty small. Not giving up on summer crappie yet but I have a lot to learn. We did catch about 30 channels which made for some good eaten.
