Heard from a friend in metropolis that the mississippi is backing up the ohio river

Down here in stl now and the sippi is flowing super hard and trees and debris flowing all over the place

Not building an ark , but have my MON ARK in the driveway , it floats too , since I remember to put plug in .

Ark? Who needs one? We haven't had any rain here in the Quad cities for over an hour:rolleyes: . Groan . I'll try a couple strip mines tomorrow, but they will probably be muddied. If you are in low country it's too late now.

Ordered the supplies from the lumber yard to build the damned thing but the truck got struck on the way to the construction site and likely will never arrive in time!!!

Southern IL got to be a island.

Little late for this one but I have got to replace my rain gauge!! I can't believe how much rain I gotten this week and even this month!! I would guess at least double digits for the month.
