Chips a good guy. He has definitely earned my respect lately.

Just so everyone knows Chip approached me at my booth and spoke up and signed himself on I didnt ask him I was highly impresed with his ideas and willingness to help out a new club in whatever we need. He has the same opinion as alot of us. He would love to see some good constructive fellowship out of this. Cant wait to see what we come up with.

are you going to fish different lakes or just make it like a lake shelbyville club and fish it all the time.

I am trying to make this as transparent as possible. I am not doing anything other than gathering all interested individuals. We as a group will decide all aspects of whatever we decide to do at the information meetings. My opinion is a select few should not dictate to the masses. I hope you can make a meeting if not send me your ideas in a email and I will read them at the meetings.

are you thinking a partner type club or singles?
I know you want input and the chances are slim that I will be in it, but I think you would be better off with a partner club

Lol your not understanding me are you? I am not thinking anything it will be up to all of us to decide that at the meetings. I have no pre conceptions going into this except to meet new people and enjoy crappie fishing with them. Make sense?

Ok For for now MWiley has set up a facebook page for us all to converge on and throw around ideas I have two dates picked for meeting but am waiting on a confirmation of location in shelbyville for the second one before I put the dates out. You do not have to be a facebook member all you have to do is type in facebook.com/CentralIllinoisCrappieClub. That will be the default name until we change it or vote it in.I am trying to keep this ball rolling guys I will do my best and appreciate all the people who said they will help.Any ideas for fast information disperment let me know I want everyone in the loop.

When will the facebook page be ready? I just tried and it is a page is unavailable message. I sure would love to see this thing work!
