JD you better pack an extra ice chest for this trip. We will be there sometime at the end of March. Haven't set a date yet. Last year we went March 27th and hit it just right on the big crappie. We might of been a tad early but not much. I look for it to start a little early this year if the weather doesn't get to bad for another month. Last year they had a ice storm the week before we got there but the fish were biting a little better that week before it hit. Its all a timing thing there. Dealing with the spring weather and the WIND can be hard on your fishing trip. We will be fishing the Blood river area or Paris landing. Have a great trip and I hope to see you two there.
