Tried to go out on the ice at Shelbyville Wilbourn area today main gates closed making the walk with gear and sled a long distance I checked and even fished on Sunday ice was 5.5 to 7 inches thick is gate closing a normal thing this time of year or does corp not want people on the ice due to liability maybe some one knows the answer I went back of bo dragging sled and gear not bad going down but going up a real pain 6 to 7.5 inches thick at Bo.
