You've heard of P90x and other intense workout routines. Well, I've invented one that beats all others. I call it "The Redneck Field Workout". Here's how it works: You stand along a field edge, with an 9 pound shotgun. When geese fly over, you shoot and only break a wing so when they hit the ground they can still run really well. You then unload your gun (for safety) and take off running after the goose. When you are close enough, load your shotgun and put the goose down. You can do this twice each day.
