Ill be at 75 this year. I liked last years site (128) except the fire-pit. The pit was not really in the campsite, it was near the road.
I'll bring enough firewood for both Friday and Saturday nights. Bring your camp chairs. This year I would like to get a game of cards going.
Kenny, maybe one day we could hit the lake together?
BillBob and Slab, your more than welcome to bring your chairs on over as well. Heck, for that matter so is everyone else.
BYOB.

Tim, I retired for the 2nd and last time at the beginning of this month so I will be down at our place on Lake Mattoon a lot more this year and especially that week. So I will pull my boat over to Shelbyville if you want and we will go out any time and as many times as you want to. All you have to do is say the word.

Thanks Kenny. Congrats on the retirement, again. lol
I changed my site. If memory serves me correctly there is a young family with a camper that likes that site. Plus I will be bringing my watch dogs, Shih Tzu's. Opted for something in the woods. The woods served me well last year during the hail storm.

Well, if y'all can stand us, we're coming up for camp. Somebody tell me where to pitch camp . . . . . and be nice!

Yes, I fish like a girl. If you tried a little harder, you could too!!
Mrs CS, if you're going to be camping, you want to be at Eagle Creek State Park. Site #135 is very nice. It's not right next to the pavilion that crappie camp is at but it's plenty close enough. The site is close to the bathhouse/restroom and has no neighbors behind you. But if you want to be in the middle of things I'm sure someone else here can give you some site #'s. There is a tournament going on that weekend also, so you will want to make your reservations asap, it will be busy most likely. You're going to have a good time. Glad you can make it!

Glad to have you and Paul come up for our camp. I will even put you on some fish if you can beat clfarm1 to them. He likes to follow me around. LOL.
Lets go soak a line. Pat
The pavilion we party at is in the Quail Drive loop at Eagle Creek Sate Park. Most of the sites are designed for travel trailers, RV's. Check the length of the drive and see if your camper will fit. Tents will work on all of them. Most of the inner loop is open and flat. Great for campers and RV's, however depending on temp, that tent could get hot in the direct sun. Sites 75 and 72 are both good sites and near water. Glad to have you there. It's always a good time.

Does our Illinois contingent have an 'Illinois' C.C decal? Have never seen one. Have seen some really cool ones from other states. Would be interested in receiving one.
Lets see what we can come up with. I talk to the committee.
