    From the looks of the forecast, the lake should be iced up sometime next week. Hope all of you have your freezers stocked up or your augers sharpened up. The jig bite just started to turn on and Ol mother nature figured we have caught enough. Looks like my favorite time of year to fish is going to be short this year.

    My only trip to S'ville last year was a couple of weeks before Christmas on a Tuesday when there had been ice on Bo Woods cove the previous day! Killed 'em! Patience Jerry! You and Delmar will have a plan, I am sure.

    Never been on Sangris but have fished Clinton a lot. When the stripers are hitting at Clinton, that adds to the fun.
