I wonder if smoking the legs would be the thing to do... I hope to have my possession limit of six before I see you again. My boys really like the jerky I make from the breasts, but we could try smoking those as well. Pam let Copper out when I was working a nice flock and he spooked them. Gotta love her...

Jeff, slice that breast very thin and fast fry it in the cast iron skillet with chopped garlic,black pepper,little bit of salt,lemon pepper, rosemary crushed,fresh parsely chopped,dash red pepper flakes,soy sauce and red wine and i mean fry it fast, pour everything in a bowl and start over with the next batch make sure you use olive oil to fry. You also can put some teryaki sauce in it. Now don't eat to much after you try this, don't forget the italian bread or buns to make a goose beef sandwich.
