Thread: THANKS

To Slab for the excellent T shirts they look great. an thanks to Pam an Jeff for their hospitality fri. night. an thanks Pat an Todd for an excellent meal on Sat. The only thing that sucked was Steves mom passing and the fishing.

Our little impromptu get together Friday night was an absolute blast! That sausage you guys brought was incredible. I think sometimes the best ones are the spur of the moment ones. It was great to see Wilbur and the family. When I called Wilbur and invited them over he said, "I have 2 extra" and I told him to bring them along! Pam was worried we weren't going to have enough food, but we had plenty! Pam and Angie hit it off, but who don't they hit it off with... Jason took over the grill and I gladly let him roll. Rich and Jim (I think that is his name) were great to hang out with as well. We were waiting for CLfarms1 and Sharon to arrive and he called me. I said Bowbender was there and he said no, "Bowhunter is coming". He was really confused when I told him both were there. Saturday night started off on a down note, with the passing of Steve's mom, but we had great food and fellowship. Pam loved the Hen-of-the-woods in the jar the best and the fried was also very good. Wayne's Tuna casserole was a hit as was everything else. I agree with Pesce that the onion rings were incredible and I finished up Pat's Italian venison today. Out of this world. I get Steve's cooking all the time, and their beans and pork are some of my favorites. I couldn't believe Pam ate as many RMO's as she did. The fishing wasn't what we all wanted but it still an outstanding weekend! Thank you so much Slab for the shirts!!!!!!! We wouldn't have all gotten together if it wasn't for you! You've done a great thing sir! Until we all meet again, safe travels and good fishing!
