    Anybody got any tips on Sangchris Lake?? Goin for the first time in the AM for a couple of days. Preciate any help at all. Stayin at the campground at Hickory point. Thanks in advance.

    Fish shallow. Favor the West side area. The fish have to be ready to spawn. Good luck Look for trees in 2-3 FOW and pitch a cork and any jig with chartreuse tail

    Exactly what ranger said. That chartreuse tail is key. The body color is irrelevant.

    Thanks to both of you for the info. We did pretty good on Bass, with the largest about 4.5 lbs, then switched to Crappie and they were right where you said. Prob caught close to 200 in two days using a black 1/16th oz Road Runner with the Chartreuse tail as you said and got tired of catchin. Really had to sort em though, bout 1 out of 10 were keepers. Should be a banner year next year, with all the 9-7/8 and 9-3/4 inch fish we caught. All in all, quite satisfied for a first time trip. Will definitely go back. Thanks again for the tips. Keep a tight line.
