I drove down Sunday (no boat or poles in tow) and stopped at Ol Joes bait shop in Dewitt. His report was limits being caught at the Dewitt bridge. I drove through Mascoutin launch and no ice in sight there. I heard water is open to the marina but I did not go check that out. Half a dozen cars parked at the bridge, and they were not ice fishin.
